Quirky wall-come
Muted tones give the living room a serene and pragmatic air. The throw pillows, monochrome vases and silver lampshade add some dimension to the space.
The plushly padded classic beige couch paired with a contrasting navy ottoman is the hallmark of comfortable seating. The exposed steel legs of the coffee and side tables mirror the edgy installation, while the champagne drapes take cue from its warm oak notes.
We love how the cove panelling, behind the couch, gives an off-the-wall welcome. Not to forget the lush foliage in the balcony with the outdoor cane pieces that will turn Bangalore’s gloomy rains into ideal lounging weather.
Fine dine
The pink lily wallpaper affords an earthiness to this otherwise mature dining space.
With sensible wooden choices and subtle pink lilies, the dining space embraces a warmer, cozier aesthetic The versatile crockery and bar unit fits seamlessly in. The cove lights encourage a delectable mood, while the beige rug underfoot ties all the elements together.
An industrial twist
A motley of textures and colours is what sets this room apart.
From clean, modern lines, the guest bedroom deviates from the rest of the home and enjoys subtle industrial aspects. The space is layered with whites and greys. The exposed brick wall ties in beautifully with the white furniture pieces and stark pendants. The grey-denim washed rug and slate accent wall allow the azure tones of the button tufted headboard to stand out. The highlight, however, has to be the ivory Barcelona recliner with the picturesque receding horizon as the backdrop.
Wisps of the Orient
The panelled oak wall not only acts as a headboard but can also house exquisite decor pieces.
The master has an ethereal vibe that champions oriental undertones. A host of open shelves around the wall unit and below the TV unit brings out the emphasis on minimalism. The overplay of whites with warm oak is punctured by grey and navy linen. The all-white louvred shutters add a lovely layer of texture to the sizable windows The mirror reflects the cluster of trees outside and infuses the space with freshness, making this master a pleasure to wake up in.
