Clean the light as per its material:

Glass shades: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly before switching the light on.

Fabric shades: Use a lint roller or soft brush to remove dust, and avoid contact with water.

Woven shades: Use a soft brush or a vacuum on low suction to remove dust, and keep away from moisture.

Metal surfaces: Wipe with a dry cloth only, and avoid using polish or cleaning liquids.

The light can be installed directly on a true ceiling. For false ceilings, plywood support or reinforcement must be provided to ensure secure installation.

Ensure the light product is installed by a licensed and qualified electrician. Improper installation may lead to safety hazards and void the warranty.

Switch off the main power supply before installation, and be mindful of the weight capacity of your ceiling or wall.

Adhere to the recommended bulb type and wattage specified for the light. Using bulbs with a higher wattage than recommended may cause overheating and damage to the fixture.

Periodically check and tighten all screws, nuts and bolts to maintain the stability of the light product.

Only replacements are offered. No returns. Replacements are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products delivered. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Replacement due to change of mind, incorrect measurements, or preference are not accepted. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions due to manufacturing are not considered defects.
